How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who reaches out to Aaaddedbenifits Floor Coating deserves fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect next. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- How a call or message with Aaaddedbenifits Floor Coating went
- How your personal data was used or protected
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- The behavior of a provider we referred you to
If the Issue Is With a Provider
The providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, pricing, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, start by raising it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of everything you send.
Please let us know too. Your feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers that repeatedly fall short may be removed. Still, Aaaddedbenifits Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.
What to Include
Write to contact@aaaddedbenifits.help and, where you can, share:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
What Happens Next
We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. We then review the matter, which may include talking with the provider. After that, we tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If You Are Still Not Satisfied
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or a Better Business Bureau in your area. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
